The council (Continued)

"Oh great Uger! Oh lord Petlex! Oh holy Lhokoz! The Vile ones have brought down another town! Their numbers grow daily, and none of the Degkezques have stood before them, if we don't step in, the degkezques hsequefet shall fall! Oh great Uger! Oh lord Petlex! Oh holy Lhokoz! Simply allow me to join battle with the evil beasts, and i shall free those who are forced to serve, allow me to join battle and i shall crush the vile hordes!" Said the women who resembled gem.

The three whom she had spoken to spoke in unison. "Zit degkezques yegoa! Negex dequen quor zit degkezques gefsen oy ziten pegof negex!"

The women bowed and spoke again "Oh great Uger! Oh lord Petlex! Oh holy Lhokoz! Thank you!"

The silver skinned man spoke next "Lord, allow me to join Gem! i know of one amongst the humans who i feel would aid us in our quest!"

The Three spoke again "UG OF UGER-PETLEX-LHOKOZ FEQUEDET!"

Then the dream ended.

The council.

Gem had many normal dreams that night, one with a crazy old lady with hundreds of cats, one with a boy with a yellow mouse-thing trying to fight a weird cat on two feet with a coin on its forehead, and one with a boy with a thunder shape on his forehead with a stick fighting a giant snake. But after a while she had a dream as clear as the one that led to her travel to Kove, and this is what she saw:

She was a pair of invisible eyes looking down from the ceiling. The room was white, and seemed somehow insubstantial, there were people there, an adult whose appearance was much like hers, the man who saved her from the monster was there, but with silver skin, there were four animals, guarding their masters, who were not seen by Gem yet.
The first of the animals was a great lion, it had six wings, and six eyes, it was king of the lions, no writing could describe it fully.
The second was an Ox, its muscles bulged from it black body, and its horns would shame any other ox, it had six wings and five eyes.
The third was like a human, its hair was emerald, its body gold, and its beauty beyond anything mortal, it had six wings and seven eyes.
the fourth was an eagle, feathers of wonderful bronze, eyes of bold blue, it had six wings ready for flight, and it had twenty eyes.

she then saw the three.

The left one was a pure white dove of giant size, and it filled her with love and happiness.
The middle one was huge, dwarfing the dove to the size of a mortal dove, and his appearance is impossible to explain by humans, save that he fills one with fear.
The one on the right was terrible in wonder, he was like a man, but not, he wore a great white robe, and golden chest armor, he had long, white hair, and a fine beard. his eyes were like fire, and gem would have fainted if she had a body to faint with.

Then they began to speak.

Kings jester.

Fifteen days after the encounter with the monster, Gem and her guide made it to Kove.

"Here we are. good luck." The man said, and without a second glance he walked towards Kove.
Gem quickly lost him, and he was gone for a time before she made it to the gates. The gate was open and she got in without any trouble, However, Gem had not thought of the fact that she didn't know where the docks were until now, and it was getting late.
I suppose i might as well find an inn... she thought, and so she started looking around.

___________

after looking for an inn for a time, she found one called kings jester.
I suppose it will do. she decided, and went in.

The inn was crowded with happy drunks, but gem was able to find the innkeeper rather quickly.
"Hello sir, are you master of this inn?" Gem asked him. He responded with a nod and a grin. "What do ya need, little lady? A drink? perhaps a room for the night?" he asked.
"Just a room, please."
"I'm sure a little girl like you doesn't want ta be hangin' around my customers, i'll get you a room in a spark!" he said. "Just you wait here."

she waited a few minutes, and then the innkeeper reappeared. "Follow me, Little lady, your rooms ready."

______

That night, she had a strange dream, a very clear dream, she saw it as if awake.
